John Wooden is widely considered to be the best coach ever, period. Not the best in college, not the best in basketball – The Best Coach ever! Our daily KYA program, when coupled with our masterminds have been carefully designed to build on Coach Wooden’s Four Laws of Learning.

Generally speaking, fewer than 20% of all real estate agents ever truly “get it” Those that do usually need at least 3-6 months to “get it” (To “get it” means they have a grasp of what helping others is all about and start to figure out how they can accomplish more of this) Once they “get it” they will begin to “do it” (To “do it” means they start participating in the basic daily activities necessary to build predictable, easily duplicated RESULTS)

Typically after another 6-12 months of “doing it” they finally “have it” (To “have it” means they have arrived at a place wherein RESULTS simply flow because they have now developed the disciplines necessary to create their desired RESULTS)

Upon reaching this point, wherein an individual “has it” the next step is “maintaining and growing it” at this point more individualized consulting work becomes a necessity, many people work with coaches well before this point, our objective within The 100 Club is to complement any coaching or mentoring relationship our members may be involved in and simply provide additional skill development, creative ideas and an opportunity for discipline. THE RESULTS GROUP formed The TRG 100 Club to create positive change by assisting to develop the skills, and provide the option of using proven tools and systems, to compliment the growth of its members within real estate related fields. Forward thinking companies, coaching services, and other professionals are brought together to learn thereby creating maximum growth opportunities for all.

KYA Role Play

KYA stands for KICK YOUR A$$.

We have created an exclusive and unique opportunity to observe and practice skills through Role Play. Up to 4 times during each call week, participants bring a real life example of an objection or other challenge. Our 100 Club Member will share a brief overview of the situation with other call participants and will then play the part of the suspect. We will handle the situation by demonstrating a highly effective possible path our 100 Club Member can take with their suspect. After the demonstration, the 100 Club Member themselves actually plays the part of the professional while we switch roles and play the part of the suspect. As the suspect we will be more difficult than your average member of the public. This will allow the 100 Club Member to “warm up” before calling their suspect back and, by practicing on a more difficult suspect, better prepare for the real thing before calling their suspect back.
